Scope publishes its rating report on CPPIB Renewables Europe S.à.r.l.

Scope Ratings publishes its rating report on CPPIB Renewables Europe S.à.r.l., a partial refinancing of its share in the construction and operation of two offshore wind farms in the German North Sea.

The transaction represents the financing of CPP Investments’ interest in the project by issuing senior secured notes totalling EUR 510.6m.

The report contains Scope's credit analysis regarding the rating assigned to the senior notes.
