      Scope withdraws all ratings on Vasútvill Kft. because of insufficient data and information to continue the analysis underpinning the credit ratings.

      Rating action

      Scope Ratings GmbH (Scope) has withdrawn its ratings on Vasútvill Kft. The ratings have been withdrawn at the recent levels (issuer rating of SD, senior unsecured debt rating of SD and senior unsecured bond rating [ISIN HU0000360151] of D).

      All ratings have been withdrawn for lack of sufficient information.

      Key rating drivers

      Since Vasútvill defaulted on its senior unsecured bond on 3 June 2024, Scope has not had access to the management and internal documents of the rated company or related third parties. Scope considers the quality of the available information on the rated entity to be unsatisfactory, as it is based on little public information. As a result, all ratings have been withdrawn due to insufficient information.

      Scope has withdrawn the senior unsecured debt rating of SD and senior unsecured bond rating (ISIN HU0000360151) of D because of lack of information.

The information and data supporting these Credit Ratings originate from sources Scope Ratings considers to be reliable and accurate. Scope Ratings does not, however, independently verify the reliability and accuracy of the information and data.
      Prior to the issuance of the Credit Rating action, the Rated Entity was given the opportunity to review the Credit Ratings and the principal grounds on which the Credit Ratings are based. Following that review, the Credit Ratings were not amended before being issued.
