Scope Ratings (Scope) publishes its annual update of its General Project Finance Rating Methodology. The update entails no change to the analytical framework and there is no rating impact from this update.

The update integrates our considerations on legal risks in project finance, previously published as a standalone document and refers to our rating definitions instead of providing them in the document. This methodology update also entails editorial improvements and additional clarifications, in particular a technical note on credit exposures, analytical guidelines to ensure risk factors provide relevant credit differentiation and other minor changes.
