Scope Ratings has assigned preliminary ratings to the notes expected to be restructured or issued by ROOF Poland Leasing 2014 DAC on 2 December 2015 as follows:

Class A-1 (ISIN XS1123386838), PLN 636m: assigned new rating (P) AAA_SF
Class A-2 (ISIN XS1313115161), PLN 234m: assigned new rating (P) AAA_SF
Class B (ISIN XS1313115328), PLN 384m: assigned new rating (P) BBB+_SF

ROOF Poland Leasing 2014, DAC is a cash flow securitisation of a two-year revolving portfolio made up of leasing receivables, worth PLN 1,475m at the restructuring date, which are granted to Polish small- and medium-sized enterprises and self-employed individuals. Raiffeisen-Leasing Polska SA originated the assets to finance the acquisition of vehicles and machinery by customers in Poland. The transaction closed in December 2014, when the class A-1 notes were issued, and will now be restructured.
