      Scope withdraws ratings for Eridano II SPV S.r.l. – Italian CQS ABS

      Scope has withdrawn the ratings on the following classes of notes issued by Eridano II SPV S.r.l.:

      Class A1 (ISIN IT0005352809): withdrawn from AASF

      Class A2-R (ISIN IT0005364580): withdrawn from AASF

      Class A3 (ISIN IT0005353401): withdrawn from AASF

      Class B (ISIN IT0005352825): withdrawn from BBBSF

      Rating rationale

      The rated notes were redeemed in full with the proceeds of the notes issued by Eridano II SPV S.r.l. on the 21st October 2020 in the context of a further securitisation1,2.

      The transaction has performed in line with Scope’s expectations since the initial rating was assigned on 17 December 2019.
