Scope Ratings publishes its rating report on Summer SPV S.r.l., a securitisation of a EUR 322m portfolio of Italian non-performing loans (NPLs) originated by BPER Banca S.p.A and Banco di Sardegna S.p.A.

Summer SPV S.r.l. is a static cash securitisation transaction of an Italian NPL portfolio worth around EUR 322m by gross book value originated by BPER Banca S.p.A and Banco di Sardegna S.p.A.
