Scope withdraws (P) B+ rating on Hunland Trade's HUF 22bn guaranteed bond assigned on 25 Feb 2021

The rating action was driven by modifications to the final bond prospectus.

      Rating action

Scope Ratings GmbH (Scope) has withdrawn the preliminary rating of (P) B+ assigned on 25 February 2021 on the HUF 22bn guaranteed senior unsecured corporate bond to be issued by Hungarian agribusiness company Hunland Trade Kft.

      Rating rationale

The conversion of the preliminary rating into a final rating was conditional on the final bond prospectus being the same as the previous version. As the final bond prospectus was modified, Scope has withdrawn the preliminary bond rating of (P) B+.
