European Union and Euratom ratings regulatory disclosures updated
Scope Ratings GmbH (Scope) today updates its regulatory disclosures according to Regulation (EC) No 1060/2009, article 10 point 5 with regards to the colour coding of the rating, the rating solicitation and cooperation status as follows:
