Scope withdraws Glitre’s ratings after the successful merger into Å Energi

The ratings are withdrawn following a monitoring of Å Energi AS, the surviving company of the merger of Agder Energi AS and Glitre Energi AS.

The latest information on the rating, including rating reports and related methodologies, is available on this LINK.

      Rating action

Scope Ratings GmbH (Scope) has today withdrawn the issuer rating of BBB+/Positive on Glitre Energi AS after the entity ceased to exist after its merger with Agder Energi AS. Scope has also withdrawn the BBB+ senior unsecured debt rating and the S-2 short-term debt rating.

      Rating rationale

The ratings were withdrawn as the legal entity of Glitre Energi AS no longer exists after the completion of the merger with Agder Energi AS. All ratings were withdrawn at the most recent rating levels as the company has been incorporated into Agder Energi AS, itself subsequently renamed Å Energi AS.

      Outlook and rating-change drivers

No Outlook was assigned as Glitre Energi AS no longer has any ratings.

Stress testing & cash flow analysis
No stress testing was performed. Scope Ratings performed its standard cash flow forecasting for the company.
