Scope affirms Corem Kelly’s BBB- issuer rating, changes Outlook to Negative and withdraws the rating

The affirmed rating and revised Outlook are driven by the rating harmonisation with parent company Corem Property Group and its prudent efforts amid adverse market conditions to deleverage. The rating is subsequently withdrawn for business reasons.

The latest information on the rating, including rating reports and related methodologies, is available on this LINK.

      Rating action

Scope Ratings GmbH (Scope) has affirmed the BBB- issuer rating of Corem Kelly AB and revised the Outlook to Negative from Stable in line with the Outlook of its parent, Corem Property Group AB. Scope has subsequently withdrawn the rating for business reasons.

      Rating rationale

The issuer rating affirmation and the revision of the Outlook to Negative is based on the harmonisation of the rating with its parent Corem Property Group AB (BBB-/Negative). The full integration and consolidation of Corem Kelly into Corem Property Group provides implicit forms of parent support including name equality, the use of the same banks, common treasury operations, common management, full operational integration, and Corem Kelly’s high strategic importance to its parent.

Corem Property Group’s rating assessment is detailed on its rating action release dated 22 December 2023.

Subsequent Corem Kelly’s issuer rating affirmation and the revision of Outlook to Negative, the rating is withdrawn for business reasons.
