      Malta ratings regulatory disclosures updated

      Notification on the change of solicitation status

      Scope Ratings GmbH (Scope) has updated its regulatory disclosures according to Regulation (EC) No 1060/2009, article 10 point 5 with regards to the colour coding of the rating, the rating solicitation and cooperation status as follows:

      The Credit Ratings were requested by the Rated Entity or its Related Third Parties.

      Scope first assigned a rating to Malta on 9 November 2018 and affirmed the A+/Stable ratings on 2 August 2024. The latest rating report can be found here.

      This monitoring note does not constitute a credit rating action, nor does it indicate the likelihood that Scope will conduct a credit rating action in the short term.
