Scope Ratings publishes its rating report on Prisma SPV S.r.l., a securitisation of a EUR 6,057m portfolio of Italian non-performing loans (NPLs) owned by Unicredit S.p.A.

Prisma SPV S.r.l. is a static cash securitisation transaction of an Italian NPL portfolio worth around EUR 6,057m by gross book value “GBV” (as total gross claim amount) owned by Unicredit S.p.A.

The report contains Scope's credit analysis regarding the rating assigned to the class A and class B notes.
