      Scope publishes the rating report for Marathon SPV S.r.l. - Italian NPL ABS

      Scope Ratings publishes the rating report for Marathon SPV S.r.l., the first static cash securitization of a fully unsecured Italian non-performing loans portfolio of EUR 5,027m, acquired by Hoist Finance AB (publ) from 17 financial institutions.

      Marathon SPV S.r.l. is a static cash securitisation of an Italian NPL portfolio worth around EUR 5,027m by gross-book value. The portfolio was originally acquired by Hoist Finance AB (publ)(the “Group”), from 17 financial institutions (the original lenders) and it is now being transferred to Marathon SPV S.r.l., in the context of the present transaction.
