Scope withdraws the ratings for Dyret SPV S.r.l. – Italian Consumer CQS ABS
Scope has today withdrawn the ratings on the following classes of notes issued by Dyret SPV S.r.l.:
- Class B to WR from BBB+SF
- Class C to WR from BBSF
Rating rationale
Today’s actions are driven by the issuer’s full redemption of all the notes on 25 March 2019.
The transaction has performed in line with Scope’s expectations since ratings’ assignment on 9 March 2018.

Scope Ratings GmbH has not received a third-party asset due diligence/asset audit.
Prior to the issuance of the rating, the rated entity was given the opportunity to review the rating and the principal grounds on which it is based. Following that review, the rating was not amended before being issued.
